The gap
The hardest relational work happens outside your office.
Clients leave sessions with insight — then face the same conversations, patterns, and emotional triggers at home with partners, family members, and coworkers. Most have no structured space to practice.
The session ends, but the pattern doesn't
Clients understand their communication patterns in session. But applying those insights in real conversations — under emotional pressure — is where progress stalls.
No tool exists for relational practice
Journaling apps are solitary. Messaging apps escalate. There's no guided, private space where clients can rehearse difficult conversations safely.
Progress is hard to track
Communication growth is invisible. There's no way to see how a client's patterns shift over time, between sessions, or across relationships.
How Roonify supports your practice
A structured space for the work between sessions.
Roonify doesn't replace therapy. It gives your clients a place to practice what they're learning — privately, at their own pace, with built-in emotional safeguards.
Private reflection and drafting
Clients use Roonify to process emotions and draft messages for real conversations — before they happen. They can slow down, choose words carefully, and approach difficult topics with intention.
Guided communication support
The platform recognizes patterns like escalation, blame, and avoidance in real time — offering gentle prompts to help clients reframe without suppressing their voice.
Trauma-informed by design
Cool-down periods, consent-based interactions, and emotional safety checks ensure that every experience on the platform prioritizes the client's well-being.
Asynchronous communication
Clients don't have to face conversations in real time. They can compose, reflect, and share at their own pace — reducing the pressure that often leads to reactive behavior.
Built on the research your practice relies on.
Roonify's approach is grounded in communication psychology, trauma-informed care, and the science of between-session learning.
Homework goes incomplete
Research shows that only about half of between-session therapeutic assignments are completed — often because clients lack a structured, supportive environment to practice in.
Face communication challenges
Three out of four couples experience significant communication difficulties, and communication breakdown is the most frequently cited complaint among partners in distress.
Withdraw during conflict
The majority of people shut down emotionally during disagreements — because they lack the tools to stay present and engaged safely.

How can I use Roonify with my clients?
Roonify gives your clients a private, guided space to practice healthier communication between sessions — reflecting on difficult conversations, drafting messages, and building skills at their own pace. It becomes part of the work you’re already doing together. We’re also exploring ways to bring providers closer to their clients’ progress over time.
Does Roonify replace therapy?
No. Roonify is not therapy and does not replace professional care. It supports therapeutic work by giving clients a structured, private space to practice what they’re learning between appointments.
Is my clients’ data protected?
Yes. Roonify is built on end-to-end encryption and consent-based sharing. Clients control what they share, and all data sharing is opt-in.
What types of providers can join?
Licensed therapists, psychologists, counselors, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, psychiatrists, school counselors, EAP providers, and wellness coaches are all welcome to apply.
Is there a cost for providers?
We’re currently onboarding providers at no cost during our early access phase as part of our Founding Providers Program — a group of clinicians helping shape how Roonify supports therapeutic work. We’ll share more about pricing, tools, and partnership models as the platform develops.
