Before We Begin

These are the terms that govern your use of roonify.com. We've written them to be clear and readable — not to confuse you or hide things in fine print.

By using our website, you're agreeing to these terms. If something doesn't sit right, reach out to us. We'd rather talk it through than have you agree to something you don't understand.

Roonify Inc. is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico.

1. What Roonify Is

Roonify is a relational health platform. We're building tools that help people navigate difficult conversations with privacy, guided support, and emotional safety.

Right now, we are in private development. Our website currently serves two purposes:

• It lets individuals request early access to the platform.
• It lets mental health and wellness providers apply to our Founding Providers Program.

The website does not currently provide access to the Roonify platform itself.

2. What Roonify Is Not

This is important, so we want to be direct:

Roonify is not therapy. It is not counseling. It is not a substitute for professional mental health care. It does not provide medical advice, diagnoses, or treatment.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional, call 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline), or go to your nearest emergency room.

When mental health providers use or recommend Roonify, they do so as a supplementary tool alongside their own professional judgment. Their use of Roonify does not make Roonify a healthcare service.

3. Who Can Use the Site

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website or submit any information through our forms. By using the site, you're confirming that you meet this requirement.

4. Your Information

When you submit your email to our waitlist or complete the provider form, you agree to provide accurate and current information. We rely on what you tell us — especially in the provider application — to evaluate partnerships and communicate with you.

Submitting a request does not guarantee access to Roonify. We review every application and make decisions based on fit, timing, and capacity.

5. How You Can Use the Site

We built this site to share what we're doing and connect with people who care about relational health. We ask that you use it respectfully:

• Don't submit false or misleading information.
• Don't attempt to access parts of the site, servers, or systems you aren't authorized to use.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
• Don't scrape, harvest, or collect data from the site using automated tools without our written permission.
• Don't interfere with the site's operation or try to disrupt it for others.

6. Our Content

Everything on the site — the text, design, graphics, logos, icons, and code — belongs to Roonify Inc. or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

You're welcome to read it, share links to it, and talk about it. But please don't reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without written permission.

The name “Roonify,” our logo, and related marks are trademarks of Roonify Inc.

7. Your Submissions

When you submit information through our forms — your email, name, practice details, or your written response about why you want to collaborate — you retain ownership of that content.

By submitting it, you give Roonify permission to use that information for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy: managing the waitlist, evaluating provider partnerships, and communicating with you about Roonify.

8. Third-Party Links

Our site may link to other websites that we don't own or control. We're not responsible for their content or privacy practices. If you visit a third-party site, their terms and policies apply — not ours.

9. Things We Can't Guarantee

We work hard to keep the site accurate, up to date, and running smoothly. But we can't promise perfection:

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limits on Our Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roonify Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the site.

Our total liability for any claim related to the site will not exceed the amount you have paid to Roonify (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose.

11. Indemnification

If your use of the site, your violation of these terms, or your violation of someone else's rights results in a claim against Roonify, you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any resulting liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Puerto Rico, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

13. If Something Changes

We may update these terms as Roonify evolves. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to let you know — such as posting a notice on the site.

Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

14. The Full Picture

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, make up the complete agreement between you and Roonify Inc. regarding your use of this website.

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies in full.
